Misrepresented sales call

When signing up for this I was told i could claim for all things as a warranty in january and I was told if i refer people i would get free airtime , upon trying to claim on the 4th may I am told this is a scratch and dent policy (No way i would sign up for a R264 scratch and dent with limited claims when i have one for R95 with unlimited cliams )

I since requested for the call recording on the 4th of may and no one has gotten me feedback, today i called i was just told id have to wait after three weeks (for how long only God knows when they keep debiting my money)

I have recruited another 5 family members to this benefit, who entrusted me to tell them this would be a nice cover for them
