The attracting factor from this small-claims motor insurance was that pre-existing damages (scratches and dents) can be covered as well. However, it is not made clear that such applies only once. Below is just detail of this concern.

First of all, the claim is limited at a mere R3000 which means most reputable panel-beaters cannot help service the repairs since they start at R6000 or so just for a minor scratch. The panelbeaters just said to me it is a waste of money and time to fix it.

Secondly, the pre-existing damage only applies once for the first-time claim. If you have two scratches and by some chance you find a panelbeater than can fix it, your other scratch is not covered anymore. This should have been explained from the word go and it is the main reason why this poor review is placed here. The review aims to inform the company of their terrible service and '*******' and to warn others especially those who are not aware of this to cancel their policies before too late like on my case. I had spent more than 4 years without a claim before i canceled it due to the fact that i cannot fix my other scratch. And no refund for not claiming anything. I paid for 4 years and can not show anything for it. So disappointed and discust. Big con!
