Misleading funeral cover
My brother purchased a funeral policy cover over the phone (four years ago).His wife passed away few days ago (from a short illness) and he tried to claim from this company and was told that his funeral cover only covered for accidental death and thus his claim was denied. We tried to get the telephonic conservations of the agreement or the contract to no avail. People must be wary of this company....I will endeavour to pursue this case after the funeral of my brother's beloved wife (which is coming up this Saturday)
