misleading clients to secure sales -platinum prote
last year august i received a call from a sales consultant offering me this policy with medical emergency and a few other benefits with the policy. whats was offered over the phone sounded good until the day i made a call requested medical emergency services. on the 30th of july 2015 my wife fell very ill at work reason her sugar shot up over 20 so i call the emergency number on the card requesting for medical emergency response to go to her place of work and transport her to the hospital but the consultant told me that high sugar levels is not an emergency. According to me when i signed up over the phone this was not explained and i have the terms and conditions of the policy which clearly states it covers illness. i advise people who receive calls from this call centre to really not fall for the agents who try their best to sell you the policy. i would really appreciate if i could get all my premiums back as i did not claim from the time i took the policy until i made my first call which resulted in me being unhappy with the response from the unlimited.
