****** ****mers who take people's hard earned money

I have been The Unlimited's scratch and dent cover for two cars for nearly 10 years claim free. I recently had a claim for a scratch on one of my car's bumper. I was given a runaround for almost an month. Their useless Consultants finally confirmed that all the documents required to process my claim were received and now clam No: AMH ***9 is now registered pending the Assessor's report. I phoned to query progress, I was told that the the same documents they have confirmed to be available are missing.

The responses from The Unlimited on this platform are just PR stunts that are made to reflect them as a responsible reputable company. The call received did not in any case try to resolve the problem nor speaking about the reimbur*****t of my the premiums I have paid without fail for close to 10 years claim free.

I was only left with one option to terminate my insurance with them to avoid paying for a white elephant. I have decided to part ways with them because of this case. Even the letter that is confirming the cancellation of my policy is not sent to me and The debiCheck debit order is still schedule for the end of the month though I have asked for termination of my contract with them. These mosquitoes are in for the blood. Join them at your own risk, but you will cry when you need to claim.

Hi Sanga,

Thank you for writing to us. We regret to hear that you haven't had a positive experience with us, we always strive to provide our customers with a great customer experience and it saddens us to hear that this hasn't been the case for you. Kindly note that letters confirming proof of the cancellation of your policies were sent to you yesterday.

With regards to the Debicheck, your status will still show as active in your banking app because you initially authenticated it when you agreed to the policies. Your bank will remove the mandate after a while. Rest assured, your policies have been cancelled.

There is no cancellation letter that was sent to me. This is a simply lie.

Also, you need to cancel the DebiCheck mandate yourself. You are insisting on DebiCheck debit orders so you can take money from your customer's banking even when you are no longer required to do so.
