****mers. No SIM card delivery. No claim approved

Never trust this company. They are ******. When you join, they promise you heaven and earth but when it time to put money where their mouth is they are no where to be found. They always try to find a way not to pay a claim instead of finding a reason to pay.

First I joined and they promised to send a SIM card with monthly airtime. I paid for over 18 months with no SIM card. More three consultants called me over the 18 months period and they all promised to deliver the SIM card and never did. When I told them I want to cancel they told me they were gonna give me the SIM card with airtime for 3 months after paying them for over 18 months that’s pure day light *******

I tired to claim and they told me they can’t pay because the don’t cove small cracks but only rims, yet their consultant said they cover the rims, irrespective of the damage.

If there was a zero in the ratings i was gonna give it to them.

Poor people, save your money and have peace. Don’t even think about wasting it on this ****mers
