You cant just decide on a debit date and then debit without confirmation with the client
For anyone’s peace and sanity. Look for other insurance providers.

We sent an SMS on 15/11/2024 informing you of the early debit and providing the option to change your debit date by 04/12/2024. As the date wasn't changed, the debit was processed early this month.
