Absolutely pathetic. A whole bunch of ****mers. My 19 year old brother got debited this morning for insurance that he never signed up for. And on top of that he has to wait 24-48 hours to get refunded. He only started his first job this month and was debited before even receiving his first salary. When we call, we don’t even get direct replies. If this is not sorted out - we will be sueing. How can you debit something that was never signed up for?
