Membership
I called last week Wednesday to cancel my membership. Lady I spoke to said membership had been cancelled. To my suprise Friday morning that their debit order went off my account. I am not sure what type of organisation doesn't follow clients instruction. Once again I am saying cancel my ****** membership immediately

Your requested to cancel 2 days before your debit date which was already too late. Please note that there's no refund due to you. We'll cover you until 14/09/2025.
