****med by the unlimited scratch and dent policy
The agent did not inform us correctly about using benefits that expire within a month. It was a buy one get one free meal option for taking out a scratch and dent policy. Just received a message tofay that the benefit is expired and we didnt even use it once because we were not informed on how to use it. Communication sucks with this company. Do not take the policy. Seems like a **** to me.
