A lady by the name of mbalenhle sold me a policy for car repairs, she told me that you can add up to 3 cars in one policy, she told me she was so dssparate for sales, ok I took the policy only to find that each car has to pay it's premium, I tried to cancel but they still deducted the money, I tried talking to Mbalenhle she promised to help me cancel but then decided to ignores me whenever I try talking to her, I didn't even receive the policy documents with their contact details and cancelation procedure, I've been ****med. I can't even reverse the premiums from my bank app.
