<p>I subscribed to the Platinum Unlimited group more than a year ago after all the sweet talk and hearing the services they provide. There was a time that I wanted to cancel because I didn't have work and couldn't pay the monthly fee then they said it's not a problem, when I get a job I could just continue to pay. I just wouldn't be covered for the period that I pay. Since February 2016 I started working again and the monthly fee was paid every month. Then a few weeks ago I recieve a phone call from the Platinum group asking me if I'm interested in the Platinum SOS, then I said no I am currently registered on the Platinum Ublimited, suprisingly the operator told me that the Platinum Unlimited doesn't exist anymore. I said I will think about it and that I don't accept the offer yet, then a few days later I recieve a phone call from another operator welkoming me to the Platinum SOS group and after explaining to her that I didn't agree on them registering me and about the Platinum Unlimited, she also claimed that it doesn't exist anymore. At month end the Platinum Unlimited and the Platinum SOS fees went off from my bank account. I phoned the customer care number to find out why I paid for both, having the operator telling me that I'm registered on both the Platinum Unlimited and the Platinum SOS. So basically they conned me into accepting the Platinum SOS by lying to me. My friend also Subscribed to the Platinum SOS and they said to her that the first month she will pay R220 for the subscribtion and the first monthly fee and then thereafter she will pay only R120 every month. But they took the ammont of R1740. This upsets me because they make promises and make the deal sound so good and then they ***** money from people who struggle just to make a living</p>
