Loyalty bonus
Im a member of the policy for more than 4 years. I have difficulty to get the loyalty bonus payout that Ive been claiming since September this year. When I contact the company to do a follow up on the payout than they tell me they will do it on the 20th of the month. Its been 3 months now. <br> <br> I eventually decided to cancel the policy and they informed me that im still entitled to receive the loyalty bonus.<br> <br> I am still waiting feedback up until today.
