Lousy company

I'm so sock and tired of this company, their lies and false promises..all talk and no action. They make us have a bad name with our panel beaters and are not even ashamed of their bad service. Can someone who actually knows what they are doing and who is willing to help kindly help resolve this matter cause each time I wanna cancel the person on the other side refuses to do so and has cheap shady forms of ideas that they claim will assist and it doesn't.
