Long overdue unpaid claim

My name is Cynthia Duduzile mbatha I d *** who was admitted @umhlanga hospital on the 11/08/2024 as an emergency as I got burn on my both feet I admitted via trauma on the 11 /08/2024 and was discharged on the 16/08/2024 I fill up the claim document as usual and I send through to claim dept on the same month of August what worries as I hot burn was an accident, but the claim is with auditors till today they did investigation visiting the hospital getting the information about my admission ,calling me for an interview on how I got burn it like I'm doing a ***** ,these claim is for me and my grandchildren who was admitted on the 09/08/2024,they did the same investigation request the hospital file ,not happy @ all as we approaching December when I called to check they told me that still with auditors.Please investigate for me.
