Keeps calling for my late mother!
Yhoooooooo Unlimited is driving me up the wall. You can't keep calling twice a day after I've asked you to take my mom out of your calling list.
I'm sick of it! It's been 3 long years since she died and you're still calling me asking for her! What must I say to get her name out of your damn calling list?

It makes for an awkward conversation when I ask your consultants "What are you calling with regards to" and then I have the "pleasure" of informing them that she's late. It gives me anxiety and depression to have to repeatedly inform people once more. I cannot keep doing this. I'm tired.
My contact number is *** and its the number they've been calling on. Thanks again for your prompt response. I'd really appreciatenot doing these phone calls again.

May you please also send us the number we used to call, so that we can investigate this matter further.

I apologise for not responding. Since you put my number on the 'Do not contact' list, it's made such a massive difference. I no longer get the calls asking for my late mom.
Her old number was *** and has been disconnected since her passing. I'd like to request that you also remove it just in case it's been reassigned to someone else.
