Keep on redirecting my call and no one helps!!! I just wasted a half an hour of my life and got nowhere
I am trying to cancel my policy and no one can help... i phoned 5 x between 13:00 -13:30 please go check that out... listen to how no one assists... this is the worst customer service i ever received...
your staff needs training and your call center is not functioning, as whenever I finished giving my ID number they put me through to someone else and the call is ended!!!
