Keep on debiting my account !!!!!

You have been deducting money from wife`s bank account and according to her, without her consent. She was bamboozled into this contract and there is not even beneficiaries on whatever policy she took. She does not want this cover, she wants a refund and the account/policy cancelled. This has been happening for the last 2- months. You don't even communicate with her!!!! The bank cant even reverse this policies !!! PLEASE RETURN HER MONEY OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE IT TO THE OMBUDSMAN

Additionally, we have processed a refund for the amount debited, which should reflect in her account within the next 24 to 48 business hours.
