Just another money making scheme

Why am I not suprised. Yet another company claiming to offer so many benefits after purchasing thier sim card. They claim to immediately reward you with R100 airtime upon buying to sim which I did not receive. When I called them I had to speak to 3 different people only for them to tell me they did give me the free airtime and I have used it on data???? Why would I waste my morning fighting with them if I have used the airtime? Eventually after half hour into the conversation tge manager said he could only compensate me with R50 airtime. It has been 2 days and have not received the R50 either. ****py service and ****py company. Highly dissapointed. I cant understand how these companies are allowed to function and consumers should sit back and accept the injustice

 Hi Sharoma, Thanks for getting back to us. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday. We will give you a call Saturday morning.
