IRRITATING SALES PEOPLE

Firstly note that I am a receptionist at a company where \all calls are recorded\", Melissa phoned to speak to one of our workshop staff members. I kindly told her that the person is not allowed private calls thereafter she asked me for two minutes of my time. She then started to tell me about a policy and like all other telephone sales calls I felt sorry for her and decided to hold on for a few minutes. After being on the phone for 11 minutes and being asked quite a few questions I politely told her that I am not giving my personal details to an unknown company over the telephone she tried talking me into it. I then ended the call, in seconds she phoned back and continued her \"force selling\" method. This was unbelievable! I told her once again that she can send me a mail where i will overview the policy and get back to her. On top of that she asked for a referral that she can also pest with her annoying calls and so called \"best on the market\" policy. Bare in mind that I can be in big trouble for being on a call this long. She promised to call back on Friday when i have had the time to over look the company and the policy. PLEASE DON'T CALL BACK????"
