Irate with The Unlimited as they **** to me!
I changed my banking details & immediately informed them & was told that amendments were done.
On my selected debit order date nothing was debit by The Unlimited I then immediately contact them on th 26th which was the following day to enquire about the debit order. I was then advised that I shouldn't worry as its a system error on their side.
Second month same issue when I called I was told the same thing I then asked what if what if an unfortunate thing happeneds & I need to claim they then advised that I should worry less as I am still covered as the error is on their side meanwhile no one there bothered to contact me.
Today I received an sms advising that I am not covered as I did not pay I then contacted them immediately & was surprisingly advised that, the issue is with me not them! How so I dont know as all my other debits went through on the 25th accept for theirs inwhich funds were in my account until month end.
They only respond to me after two months being told that its on pending & I should not worry as the error is on their system........ Now they saying something different!
We’ve recently moved to a new system to improve your experience with us. It’s causing a few hiccups as we settle in and we're sorry for any frustration this has caused. We're here to help and make this right for you.
Please note that you're covered for the month of April as the error of not debiting your account accordingly was on our end. For the month of May, we debited your account, however, your debit order returned as unsuccessful. Not to worry, there's a 15-day grace period from the day you recieved the SMS, whereby you can make a manual payment to ensure that you remain covered.
Thank you for your feedback. It will help us do better for you and all our customers!
