Insurance *******!!!
My claim was declined because they saying there's a tear on the bumper and when sending emails for cancellation and refund they just don't get back to you. You have stated in your policy that one can use their first R5k to repair ANY-EXISTING damage to the car but you not doing that. What an absolute waste of my money, I am extremally disappointed in this service and have cancelled this service with immediate effect!! Thanks for nothing, I would not recommend this service at all!
