****ing dissatisfied

No stars Absolutely terrible service, since signing up, no help and costumer service is down the drain, called numerous times to be assisted only to be told all different things about this policy that I did not sign up for or ask they just decided their own things for me. I finally call and ask them to cancel and refund me the money I've been putting in this stupid thing and then they say that I cannot be refunded!!!! Excuse me!!! I keep quite coz it's only been two months, after getting confirmation that this useless policy had been cancelled, I get debited again and that is more then the actually debited amount!!!! This company is a absolute ***** and ****, I want my money back into my account
