Ineffective claims support

I request assistance with a refund, as I need to get my car fixed. Despite being a loyal customer who pays premiums on time, I've experienced difficulties with the claims process. I find it challenging to continually follow up on my claims, especially when payments are consistently deducted from my account.

The service I've received does not align with the promises made in your advertising. It appears that the excellent service promised when I needed insurance is not being delivered, despite my continued payments.

When I follow up on my claim, I'm being asked to communicate through different numbers and provide pictures. How am I supposed to claim millions times if this is the process?
