These are the group of people who wont given you fast and efficient service until you come here and write about them. I have asked for change of authorization last week friday. I keep sending mails daily and no one replies. as much as they always approve but you have to hustle and have headaches before all goes well

As someone that we love and value, you shouldn't have to resort to writing a review in order to be assisted with your authorization letter. We’ve really dropped the ball on our end, and we sincerely apologise to you.
