Incompetence and Negligence: Cancelling my Membership with The Unlimited.

- Despite contacting Customer Care multiple times, my DebiCheck Mandate has stayed unchanged after cancelling my membership with them. - The representatives also failed to understand that I wanted to cancel my membership at first. It took a lot of my time to get this service cancelled, despite me explaining multiple times that I do not want it. - The company has failed to do a basic administrative task. Updating a DebiCheck mandate should not take 25 days to conclude.

It is scary how hard they are making it for me to just move on from this matter.

Hi Keenan.

We’re so sorry to have caused you frustration. We see that our customer care department had assisted you this morning. Please note that the debicheck status will still appear active on your banking App as you initially authenticated, when you agreed to the policy. Rest assured, your policy was cancelled.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or if there’s anything else we can help you with.
