I was MISLEAD BY a SALES consultant!!!

I was told that my administration fee was suppose to be deducted on the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, WHICH IS WHAT WE HAD AGREED ON. I do not know why it was taken on the 25 of February 2015. I called the call center to ask about this matter/issue but they were taking me around in riddles and transferring me from one department to the next. I am really ****ed off with the service that they have provided. I want my MONEY back as well as I WANT THIS TO BE ****EN CANCELLED . THIS IS RIDICULOUS THEY TAKING PEOPLE FOR GRANTED!!!!!!
