I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! TOTAL ****.

I signed up for an unlimited policy but later on changed my mind about it and I sent an email for them to cancel my policy and stop deducting money from my account on the 5th of June but to my surprise today on the 30th of June the debit order went on to deduct my money and when I contacted the Unlimited company they tell me there is no refund because my policy is still active. I really want my money back because it is the second time they deduct money from my account and say there is no refund, but how because I requested for the policy to be cancelled? This company is a total ****.
