I regret joining The Unlimted. They are the worst insurance company

I regret the day I signed up with this insurance. I have had to call them a number of times about my claim, it is nearing two months now and I still have not received any feedback from them regarding my claim. Their call center is loud with people laughing out loud in the background that I could barely hear the agent I'm talking to. They are full of nonsense and I would not advice anyone to join this insurance. I'm so ****ed.
