I'm disappointed with your service it sucks

<p>I call this insurance just want to find out what my insurance covers cause they deal with scratches and dent since I wanted them to help me and it was on April I spend more than 30 minutes over the phone holding my artime ended finish while holding speaking to a consultant that supposed to transfer me to another department . Worse part I could feel that my call was on hold I was not treated well like they say on their slogan " your are everything" I was **** of **** after I have been with then for more than 4 years I never claim anything from them but they debiting my account every month . I'm so annoyed and I don't respect the company itself </p>
