Husband passed away yesterday, lying in the mortuary

Good Day I took out a funeral policy at the Unlimited. My Husband passed away last night now my husband is lying in the mortuary. Our family is broken. Now they come with all sorts of excuses, what company does that, they sell you all policy's to you and then come with their clause's. This is not dignified for my husband and family. My husband had Glioblastoma Murtforme stage 5 with metastasis/ brain cancer. My husband is lying there in the mortuary cold and we are broken.
