How the hell are you still in business???
My mom have promptly paid her premiums for the last couple of years that she is with this company. Now that she wants to claim there is a lot of delaying tack ticks to pay out her claim. The turnaround time promised is not happening... Can you please finalize the claim and pay my mother!!! Not sure how you guys can still be in business...
