How many times does one have to cancel this service?!!

<p>It seems to be a trend with this company, my husband cancelled this service 3 times over the last 2 months and STILL they debit his account?! Does your systems not work, do the staff not know how to cancel services or is this one of those companies that purposely delay cancellations to make a few extra bucks?!!! Honestly!</p>
