High level of Incompetence and Dishonesty

I am a very patient man but this so not on with the level of service that is being rendered. It has been more than three occasions that I submit for dent and scratches repairs and not being assisted like the product was sold to me. First-time was a lame reason that I skipped a debit order and then was declined but nobody even called to give such information instead I kept on calling on daily basis and was fed with empty promises and lies that they will get back to me by the end of business day,I continued to pay as required now I did exactly as they suggested the same trend still continues when every time I call I am being disregarded and dismissed by being told they will get back to me of which they never do. THIS SO WICKED AND *****ED
