Heli rescue to the rescue...or not?

On the 13 November i had an incident at home, where there never ever pitched a ambulance....i wrote a complaint and they where quick to phone and apologise but.... over a month has passed and still no customer satisfaction received. Just wondering why and Wat's happening because they don't answer emails. and there call centre cant be help full because everyone has the same story its under investigation.
