HARASSMENT TO PENSIONERS TO BUY POLICIES FROM THE UNLIMITED

Good day Sir/Madam

My mother received a call this morning from one of your sales team . She was very aggressive and rude .

The only thing she wanted was to make a sale , as she insisted, she needs to confirm whether she has an income . and kept saying its only R99 when she said she gets pension , she then said “YOU COULD JUST SAY YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED” very rude and forceful , I will report this to the consumer protector as I have previously asked you to take off our names on your database as the desperate sales pitch is sickening .

The call was at 07:53 Name of sales person , she didn’t say just said she is calling from the unlimited with an Indian accent . Number *** ******

I am asking you again to stop selling us your policy as we are not interested , R99 OR not we are not interested .
