Great Service

<p>I signed up for a scratch and dent policy over the phone with the Unlimited group.</p> <p>I never thought that there would be a need to use it.<br /><br />With the recent roadworks in Umhlanga I damaged a rim.</p> <p><br />I logged my claim with Sizwe Mweli and he managed the claim quite easily. I was also surprised to get an e-mail from his Manager Sean Gouws to indicate that he will give this his urgent attention.<br /><br />The claim was approved quite smoothly and the neccesary paperwork was submitted to Finance for payment.<br />Thankfully I was attended to by Amy Flockhart who was equally matched the amazing service.<br />I just want to thank these individuals for the great service received. <br /><br />Regards,<br />Denzil (AD107326)</p>
