Great call etiquette, humor and lovely professionalism
I would like to thank Andrew for the call towards resolving this matter, I am 100% sure that the gentleman will help me.
Such a great client serve, I wish I could deal with him everyday when I contact not just Unlimited but all service providers. Give that man bells, please make sure he grooms and share the humor amongst fellow colleagues.
I wouldn't mind getting unlimited policy if I will be dealing with such people in future. Please recognize the guy, he's a good example
