Good service from an unpleasant experience
Overall the service and TAT on a simple scratch and dent claim took a month which baffles me, i called in nore than 10 times over the weeks and was cut off on many of the occasionsand had to reverify myself everytime, but Jithen or Jeethan (not sure if i spelt his name correctly) was extremely helpful in getting me authorization and even took the time to call me back. I give him 5 stars but the company rating would be 1 star !
