Giving bad guidance
Hi,

Last month, December 2015. I app**** for medical assistance at The unlimited. I received phone calls wanting information that i gladly gave. At the second phone call i asked the lady to cancel my account where she told me to call customer care. When I did Customer Care told me to wait for a confirmation SMS WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED! then i can cancel if i have not received any sms then the account does not exist. So i assumed that there will be no deductions from my bank account because i did not receive any sms from the unlimited. As i received my sms from my bank of my money in i noticed a deduction from the unlimited.

I would appreciate my money back and account cancelled. I do not want anything deducted this month or any month please.

The person whom i app**** at, mr Hamzah Khan also assured me that deductions will start from January only (that obviously was not true)

Thank you.
