Given misinformation just for sale
<p>I signed up for the elite rescue plan last year. I was told by the sales agent that if ever I needed any medical help I could just call in and get medical advice but if the advice does not help then a doctor would come to my house, which was confirmed by the call centre agent who confirmed my details after signing up. Couple of weeks ago when I wanted to make use of the service I was told no doctor comes to the house and I was given false info. i don't even know what other half truths or lies there might be regarding this plan</p>
