Give me back my money!!

Good day<br> <br> On the 2nd of December 2015 I sent proof of payment for my November fees with the following message:<br> <br> Good Morning<br> Kindly see attached payment made on 28/11/2015, I saw this morning the money was deducted from my account again. Kindly pay back as I have already paid my account for this month.<br> <br> Also kindly cancel my account as I do not use nor do I need it anymore.<br> <br> Thank you in advance and have a nice day<br> <br> I got an email confirming that they received my email with the reference number CC-***<br> <br> It is now Feb 2016 and money was just deducted from my account, which tells me that nothing was cancelled.. I phoned for a refund on my money that they took in Dec, Jan and now in feb, and was told by Randheev Maharaj that he cannot promise that they will give my money back, How is that even possible if I requested cancellation in DECEMBER????? <br> <br> This is ridiculous, the operator including Randheev confirmed they received proof of payment but somehow none of them saw my cancelation request?<br> <br> I want my money back or actions will be taken!!
