Full of promises, no performance

<p>They quick to take your premium off and you promised up to R3 500 will be paid after explaining what happened with my bumper. </p> <p>Before taking the policy I was quoted R800 for my bumper to be fixed. I then took out the policy and waited or so months for it to kick in. I reminded them about y bumper and was sent a list of prefered service providers and procedure to follow. I got me two quotation, one place quoted about R8 500 and the other place quoted about R11 300</p> <p>I explain that these prices are rediculous and a new bumper wouldn't cost me even R3 500. The quotations were rejected and my request for them to rather pay me out R3 500 for a new bumper was rejected with the excuse being there won't be any guarentee. What guarentee do you need on a bumper, it's a white standard bumper, colour doesn't need to be matched.</p> <p>After all that I requested my policy to be cancelled ASAP and all my premiums to be paid back, They told me someone would be in contact with me. No one contacted me and they tried debit my account a week before it was due to be debited. Thankfully I stopped the debit order the night before. nowI'm just waiting for them to contact me to arrange for a full refund.</p>
