Full of Promises but when is time to deliver they are now full of excuses

This people will promise you all the nice things in the world when they recruit you but when is time to deliver what they promised they will come up with all the stupid excuses in the world. I have put in a small claim for the chips and scratches to be repaired on my care and now i am told my claim was rejected by the company called CMC and they send me the reason is my paint is pealing off and i explained the damage they see on my car is because of the incident that happened whereby my car was bumbed by some1 while parked at the mall. I have been trying to communicate with the Unlimited people and they are no where to be found i have send emails no response the call center always promise to call me back and never do. Now it looks like i am expected to negotiate with this CMC people that i was never told about when i was recruited and i know for a fact i am not CMC's client so why should i debate with them about my claim and all of a sudden i am getting documents of the t&c from CMC. Wasn't i suppose to have gotten all this documents at the beginning of my contract so that i can make my decision based on that???? The Unlimited are a bunch of ******. i wouldn't advice any1 to join them and as for every1 who joint already put in a claim asap so that you can know what you in for while there is still time.
