Frustrated and disappointed by The unlimited

I joined The unlimited telephonically they made a lot of promises for a warranty cover then my car had a breakdown after reporting to them and share the quote they started by sending me the letter of policy with lots of rules they didn't mention when they were calling me to join, after they rejected my claim that's when I saw Thier in the business to rip people off, they are white-collar ********s and they need doing this for years they don't pay claims. They only good in deducting monthly premium now my car it's stuck at the dealership course I trusted them so disappointed and I will keep on let good citizens of SA how they **** people and don't deliver what they promise 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
