********** signed up by the unlimited consultant
I got a call from one of their consultant today, the lady ask me to give her my details as this was the way for her to send me details or offers that I can get, I explicitly explained to her that I don't want to commit to anything or sign up for the cover and she said I won't be signed up, I can only have the information once she captures my info. To my surprise few minutes later I got a Debicheck and I rejected it and later on I got a welcoming message, I didn't sign up, the consultant ********** signed me up. I am unhappy with their service. Please cancel my membership as I never signed up for it

Please note that we've checked on our system and we found that the membership which was in your name was cancelled earlier today. We wish to inform you that we'll be assessing the call which took place between yourself and our team member. If we indeed find that you didn’t agree to the membership, we’ll ensure that the necessary corrective action is taken. We’re deeply sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
