********** car insurance and bully behaviour

These people descend upon unsuspecting working young students with their car insurance hullabaloo and shop talk and then without the student signing for anything or giving consent to anything, they just go ahead and deduct money from the students' meager wages. They did it to my son, deducting TWO policies for TWO months in a row and when we complained about it, they're rude and unhelpful and won't give him his money back. He's out with nearly R800, which he needed to pay his student loan off with. This company should be stopped in their tracka for ********** transactions! I'm extremely mad at them, taking advantage of unsuspecting and unworldly young people.
