********** THAT DONT WANT TO PAY CLAIMS

My aunt submitted a claim on the 24th of December 2019, we were told that it takes 7-10 working days to process a claim. In Jan when we did follow-ups, we were told that there is a backlog of claims and the claims department is still busy. We kept doing follow-ups and each time we were told stories that they are still busy. Last week Wednesday my aunt was called and told the claim has been approved and pay-out will be in 24 hours. This morning she gets a call, and she is told that she was covered for a hospital plan meaning if one of the member covers gets an accident and is in hospital that is the only time they pay. How is that possible this company is a *****, when they have to pay-out, they tell stories, my aunt open a death benefit policy which stated in case of accidents it makes a double pay out now they don’t want to pay, do they understand how emotionally frustrating it is to go up and down for such things. We are really hurt and disappointed if we had known we wouldn’t have had a policy with unlimited we should’ve just opened a policy with one of the reputable insurance companies, this company is the worst.

If they is anyway we can get help please advise and legal action that we can take against this company we are ready.
