Where to begin....they drive you nuts by constantly phoning you then trick you to take out an insurance cover with them by telling you one of your family members has one with them (mentioning them by name) only to find out that none of your family members have. I have emailed them twice cancelling the insurance as i was never phoned to confirm what was discussed telephonically and after being **** to.Come pay day and what do you know the unlimited helped themselves to my money and i had to phone them to sort it out only to find out that upon cancelling i for fit the money they have taken from me even after i have cancelled and they confirmed that they have received my emails but decided to just still take my money????
