***** and Lies..on the 9th July inwas called by one of the unlimited groups agents called Christine who convinced me to take out a policy with them for scrath and dent repairs for my car...she had no problem taking my husbands details from me to do the policy which included his ID number and banking details and the most disturbing issuebis that when she sold the policy to me she said they they only company that offers work on existing work on your car also that they giving me upfront R3000 to do repairs and then every 90 days i eilp receive R3000 onced i received the policy details i logges the claim after calling the call centre today and speaking to Yolanda she confirmed that i need to wait for 2 debit orders to be successful before i can claim i gave her the details of my husband and she refused to helpnme saying my husband is listed as the member and i explained but how is it possible that the agent took all the information from me to do the policy and not speaking to my husband at all...i insisted that i wanted a copy of the call so that they can hear who the agent spoke to and what she sold me i was told i cant request anything my husband has to do that and we have to in any case wait 7 days for feedback for the investigation...no referral to speak to a manager after all your agents are lying to customers in order to get business how ********* is this and is this not a matter that needs urgent attention? So refusing to assist as im not the member clearly means thst this policy was done **********ly cause the member listed was not even spoken to!!! So guess we have to sit around and wait for someone to call us to have this sorted Please dont do business with The unlimited group they sell lies
